After 15 years immersed in wine culture, my journey as a sommelier has allowed me to grow alongside some of the most spanish influential figures in the industry. My purpose has always been the same: to guide each customer towards the perfect bottle, turning every occasion into an unforgettable experience.

Certified as a sommelier, I have built my expertise across gourmet shops, wine boutiques and hospitality, always seeking out producers who pour their passion into quality craftsmanship. Training is a cornerstone of who I am; that is why I continue to deepen it through wine journeys to France, Italy, Germany, Portugal and various regions of Spain, where I discover the soul of the people behind each project.

I write because I believe that knowledge of wine should be within everyone's reach. My books are born from the desire to share what I have learned over the years: both for those taking their first steps in the world of wine and for those who simply feel curious about it and want to find their way with confidence.
